Two Critical Things You Must Know To Burn FAT FAST.

What are they?

In order to burn F-A-T like a blowtorch you have got to learn how to speed up your metabolism.

Ok great.

So, what exactly is your “metabolism”?

Realistically, your metabolism is the summation of all the chemical responses in the body. They consist of things like breaking down food and other elements in your body to produce energy, energy that is vital to your life-force.

So what’s F-A-T-loss have to do with it?

Tis simple indeed.

The more efficiently your body can break down food for energy to synthesize new substances, the more quickly and efficiently you can burn fat and become a lean mean fightin’ machine.

Believe it or not there are ways to naturally speed up your metabolism. Doing so will take a little time but in the end it will turn you into a F-A-T melting machine. All it takes knowledge, a bit of hard work and dedication to your goals.
Here are the first two, absolute must-haves in order to burn fat like a gazelle trying to out run a cheetah on the African plains.

#1 — Eat more often. Yes, that’s right. Eating makes your body to begin the process of digestion. Digestion is a metabolic process and digesting foods burns calories. Consequently, eating will speed up your metabolism. Beginning to eat meals more frequently, every 2 to 3 hours, keeps the digestion process steady throughout the day.

This in turn will keep your metabolic rate humming. Lean, nutrient rich proteins such as salmon, tuna, chicken breast, lamb, and beef have a thermic effect on the digestion process, and will speed up your metabolism even more so than other foods. Processing protein requires the greatest expenditure of energy, with estimates ranging as high as 30%.

Now another key component of losing weight is to never over-eat but we must slightly under-eat.

Confused yet?

In order to lose fat first versus muscle we all must under-eat to a little bit. And by little I mean a very little bit.

Case in point, on average a typical American male may end up eating 500 calories per day below his calorie maintenance to lose fat SAFELY without sacrificing his muscle gains.

However, if he ate, say, 1200 to 1500 calories below maintenance, this would be eating WAY too little. This type of deficit leads to a decrease in metabolism.

How so?

Our bodies are very smart machines and when it sees we are “under-eating,” it starts burning less calories to preserve fat and organ tissue. This is a safety mechanism inherent in all of our bodies. This safety mechanism is called our “starvation mode.” This process  protects us from literally devouring our own bodies in times of starvation.

So in order to lose weight it is essential to eat the right amounts of the right types of foods often enough. This is a great way to ensure you can begin burning bodyfat safely and quickly.

In the next couple of days we’ll talk more about ways you can begin to achieve all of your health and fitness goals faster and easier than ever before.

Lead the way—
