Wow…what a night
Training was pretty intense tonight. We trained about 2 1/2 hours tonight.
First of all I want to good job to all of you.
Everyone seemed to enjoy the work. We mainly working our way through many submissions; we worked from the guard to securing the crooked guard and working two arm bars from it. We also worked the person in your guard escaping and off of that being able to get them right into a triangle choke. We worked another technique from getting the crooked guard and the person stacking you and then you grab either the near or far leg, sweep your legs and get them on their back and you’ll be in full mount. Therefore being able to get up and work on taking care of business on your feet.
We also trained more than an hour on receiving push kicks, hallowing the body to receive it and returning kicks of our own. Obviously I was working with and implementing many Wing Chun techniques off of the kicks and from the submissions escapes. Some of the guys were amazed to see the things they were learning. The hallowing of the body is a principle we have in Wing Chun called “Head Like Glass, Body Like Cotton, Iron-like arm bridge.”
Also, there is a big show coming up on the 15th of July up in Richmond.

White House, Cheney’s office subpoenaed Good. I hope they remember to make the list of charges longer. I hope they make it like Rudy Giuliani rackin’ up the charges against Michael Milken back in the 80s. The sad thing for the president and the V.P. is that the charges against them have real merit.
